The session details, package type, date, time, and location will be confirmed at the time of booking.

A non-refundable booking fee of £35 is required to secure the session date.

The remaining balance must be paid after the session and before the final gallery is delivered.

The Photographer reserves the right to withhold delivery of the gallery until full payment has been received.

The booking fee is non-refundable.

One reschedule is permitted if requested at least 5 days before the session date.

Rescheduling due to severe weather conditions is permitted.

If the Client fails to attend the session without notice, the booking fee will be forfeited.

If the Client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally agreed finishing time.

For example, if a one-hour session begins at 12:00 and the Client arrives at 12:30, the session will still end at 13:00.

Delivery times depend on the selected package type (Individual, Couple, Family, etc.).

All images from the session will be provided in an online gallery.

The Client may select a specific number of images for editing according to the purchased package.

Image selections must be made within 24 hours of receiving the gallery.

If selections are not submitted within 24 hours, the Photographer reserves the right to choose the final edited images.

Images are edited in the Photographer’s artistic style.

By booking a session, the Client grants the Photographer permission to use selected images from the session for portfolio display, website content, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Clients who prefer to keep their images private must request a privacy option before booking.

A privacy fee of £25 applies. Images will never be sold to third parties.

Copyright of all images remains with Viktoriia Martin Photography in accordance with UK copyright law.

The Client receives personal-use rights only and may not sell, alter, or commercially distribute the images without written permission.

Travel fees apply as follows:

Up to 15 km — £12

15–30 km — £18

30–50 km — £30

50+ km — £0.60 per km

By paying the booking fee, the Client confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
